Poor administration of medication

Repeat prescriptions not being administered properly. Have resorted to getting prescriptions elsewhere. Flu vaccination sent to a family member, appointment made only for surgery to phone and say family member is not entitled to jab and asked why he was wasting time booking an appointment. Receptionist cancelled the appointment. For the record, he was entitled.. Said family member then receives a letter telling him he missed his appointment and to book another one. Pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpfull.
