The dentists are friendly and helpful, and always provide a quality service. The only thing about this practice that I don't like is the (role removed), who ignores you when you stand there, never smiles, and treats you like you're stupid. All other staff are very friendly and approachable.

The staff were very polite and friendly, as a patient that has previously been very anxious about going to the dentist, this very much put me at ease and I don't think that now I will have any worries about going to my next appointment. The dentist had a good sense of humour, which put me at ease and also answered all my questions and didn't try to rush me, so overall I left feeling very satisfied with the service.
