Best care possible
My mother entered the Willows with the frailties of old age and onset dementia. She was treated with great kindness, care and respect, and always appeared happy at the home. The last few weeks of her life were difficult. She needed constant attention in her room. The staff were always there for her and with the aid of her doctor and the hospital she passed peacefully at the Willows. There was never any question that my mother would die in hospital. The Willows wanted to care for her as long as they were able. The additional care required did not deter them.
