Thetford Healthy Living Centre


Very professional and efficient

I was told by my GP that I needed a x ray. West Suffolk Hospital is a bit of a pain to get to from here (and get parked!) so I decided to go to Thetford Healthy Living Centre. I didn't get an answer to my phone call but they did call back in response to the message that I left on their answering machine. It was a very professional process and a convenient appointment was booked. I turned up and was seen on time and I was clearly told when the images would be available to my GP so I could arrange my next appointment. The information I was given turned to be absolutely correct and I would certainly go there again in similar circumstances.
