Never had to wait too long

I like this pharmacy, they are very good. I go in to make an appointment for a covid vaccination and they did it there and then for me. I have never had to wait long. They have a private room if needed and the staff have a kind attitude.
Declined a vaccine

I came today with my elderly and frail mum to have her Covid vaccination. I booked in advance for a certain day and certain time (12:50). When we arrived, we were told that they will not vaccinate her because they would have to open a new vial of vaccines and, as they close at 1pm on Wednesdays, the rest would have to be wasted (there are 5 doses of vaccine in the vial). Whilst I understand the reasoning, I don't understand why it wasn't possible to calculate that my mum will be declined whilst they booked each person for a certain time so they knew the number of people to be vaccinated on that day. Booking people in multiples of 5 is a kindergarten level numeracy skill.
If you value your health, look elsewhere.

Unable to fulfil prescription, suggested alternative then supplied original medication against new prescription. Then could not fulfil next prescription suggested return later that day; on return did not remember previous conversation - and provided incorrect medication! Finally got correct medicine on third visit that day. Good pharmacist let down by unhelpful, uncaring staff.
Rude staff , not very helpful

Missing items on prescription despite informing staff the previous month items required . Make you feel it’s your fault for their mistake . Having to go back to collect missing items . Not a warm or friendly greeting when you enter the premises. This has happened a few times .
