Tooth Booth Needham Market



Staff were very rude and impatient

I showed Tooth Booth down to the correct unit and they asked to have the MARR charts and care plan of the resident. As I was unaware of why they needed these confidential documents I asked why. They were very rude and snappy with their answer and seemed offended that I had even asked. I also know that a few of the other staff said they were very rude and trying to rush both them and the residents
