Did not keep appointment in care home

An appointment had been made for an elderly resident in the care home. A carer 'phoned to see if anyone had been out and if not, why not. The receptionist said it had been postponed for some reason - maybe she was on holiday. No apology. They said they will call back when she has found an appointment.
