Two Rivers Medical Centre



Polite and helpful

We are long term patients here. We find it quite difficult to get appointments though (in for vaccination today). We find we are waiting 45 + minutes in the queue, and it is very frustrating to have to carry the phone around with you not knowing where you are in the queue. All the staff are polite and helpful though. We do find that there is not any knowledge about our past history as we always have to explain due to not ever seeing the same person twice and it of course makes that more difficult too.
