Feel service not as good
Generally things have been very good up until last few months. I've been a patient here most of my life. I feel things have deteriorating as it is very difficult to get an appointment and I have had issues with my medication too. I much preferred the phone system, where you knew where are in the queue too. I have found the GP online services good, however, you are stuck with the appointment you've been given and can't get though on the phone to change or cancel if you need to.
