Mixed service
I find there are barriers to getting what you need here, just because you wait some time on the telephone. The need to know where you are in the queue has been ignored, as I have raised it and know many who feel the same. You can make an informed decision, if you are either 5 or 30 in the queue. It makes it difficult to access when you work and cannot go online in work time. Not offered any 'later in the day' appointments either and I have had to call 111 a couple of times to gain an appointment when I had not been able to get one here for a few days and I had concerns.
