GP is fantastic

I feel reception staff bad attitude ruins the experience of booking an appointment. However, my GP is fantastic, I have known them for years and they explains all treatment. I feel to improve there needs to be better appointment times, i.e. after six & weekends. Also better access to female GP - I had to wait 2 weeks to have an appointment with a female GP -
