problem with getting appointments

The care and treatment at this surgery is fine but the problem is actually getting to see a doctor. The practice website suggests that appointments are available through a variety of means, including online. However, in order to get an appointment, you must either phone up at a particular time or log on at a particular time for an online appointment. This is not acceptable if you work full time. I fear that people are not getting the treatment they need at this surgery through not being able to get an appointment.
