I got an appointment today

I came in at 1.00pm and I got an appointment for this afternoon, which is great. Under the current appointment system (apparently) I shouldn't have come in in person but I should have 'phoned'. I was given an appointment because I didn't know-the test will be how things go next time using the new system!
