Calling at 1.00 worked better

I was on the 'phone for 30 minutes on Monday and when I was finally answered I was told all the appointments had gone. On Tuesday I got an appointment. I have to pay for my calls but I will say that calling at 1.00 worked better. The appointment thing is a shame because I rate the doctors and nurses.
