I did get an appointment this afternoon

You have to ring dead on 8.00 (before that the system isn't open) or again dead on 1.00pm. Even doing that there is a queue (20 mins. for me today at 1.00pm) but I did get an appointment for this afternoon. The appointment system is the only thing i have an issue with. Doctors and nurses have been very good when I have seen them. They listen and then explain. So clinically it is good.
