Works ok

My mum needs bloods every two weeks due to medication issues. That works ok because the nurses make the appointment for the next time while she is in with them. But at a GP appointment she needed a blood test in addition to the routine ones. It couldn't be done at the surgery for three weeks. So she went to Addenbrookes but she was still waiting for the results to arrive five weeks later. During that time she had an appointment with a consultant at Addenbrookes and he was able to access the results there and reassure her that everything was ok.
