Invited in for a review

I am seeing a different doctor after being invited in for a review but I'm happy with that. I'm maily supported by my consultant at the hospital for my condition. Communication between the hospital and surgery is delayed at times and at times it does slow down getting new medication. I don't particularly like being asked by reception why I need an appointment as feel I should be talking to the doctor. Some staff at the surgery aren't as friendly or as helpful as others but most are very good.
