Online booking is quicker

The surgery is much better now and having the online booking system available is much quicker and I can get to see the GP of my choice too. The staff are lovely and helpful and the receptionist are really good. My recent experiences have been positive, the only thing has been that I have been told that they will be in touch with test results but this hasn't happened, I don't mind calling myself I would just like to know what process I should be following or I could even have the results emailed or sent by text if easier.
