Been difficult

Most of the time I ring in, I haven't been able to get an appointment but have today, but not with a GP that I would like, as they are not in. It can be frustrating and I am not clear how you find out when the GP works that you want to see, then you would take the chance that they would have an appointment on that day. I will say, that they are always helpful and do what they can with what they have.
