Long wait for appointment, car park poor

Waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. Sometimes the person on the phone can be a bit condescending at times, usually face-to-face interaction is fine. I feel my GP is very thorough. The phone system is challenging, it seems to cut you off after 15 minutes. The car park is VERY difficult.
