Victoria Road Surgery

GP/Nurse decided by reception

The surgery on the whole is excellent. I do however, find that being allocated a GP/Nurse by receptionist is not right. They are not medically trained so how do they know by my few words that I am deemed to need a GP over a Nurse or vice versa. I'm sure it is just down to capacity as I have seen a GP when I know a nurse would suffice. Being the gate keepers to me is just wrong.
