Seeing someone today

I do not use the online system, so I appreciate that I can ring in, tell them what I am concerned about then sometimes I have had a ring back and that was enough, but today I am in as yesterday they said it would be good to see me. It worried me before that I may not be seen, but they do, when it is appropriate in my experience.
