A bit difficult

It's been a minimum of three weeks for appointments even when the issue feels more urgent. I've not always felt well listened to and at times brushed off so I try to see one GP if possible. When trying ot book appointments through sytmonline its difficult as the appointments are limited and go quickly. If I've needed to have an appointment on the day I've had to have a call from the duty doctor and if you have an afternoon appointment they are all by phone , there are no face to face available but sometimes you need to be seen.
