Receptionists extremely rude and unwelcome

Long story short, gentleman in front on me rang the bell and no one came to the door so after 5 minutes he pressed it again. Then, eventually, they came out - then told me I had missed the appointment for my 4 month old baby! but could wait for over half an hour for another appointment. They were very rude with the way they went about it and it was completely unnecessary.
