Walton Surgery


GP hung up on us

My partner has moved in the last few weeks from this surgery to another in the area as he felt he was not listened to by a certain GP that he had to always spoken to. The GP hung up on him after telling him to just take Ibuprofen, when he is in agony with his knee. We were never told about physio self-referral until we moved surgery. My partner now awaits a scan and possible surgery. He is fit and healthy and plays a sport and works hard, not having his knee sorted has caused major knock on effects.
