Care of the Highest Standard.

Waveney Care looked after my mother-in-law for six years. During that time I never once had reason to complain. The service was always provided to the highest standard. Carers always did their upmost to meet my mother-in-law's needs and regularly kept me abreast of changes that may affect her ongoing requirements. Without Waveney Care my mother-in-law would have been unable to live the final years of her life in comfort and peace. I will always be grateful to Waveney Care for the invaluable support they provided.
Fantastic carers but lacking office support

WAVENEY CARE OFFICE hopeless!! Clients care times changed without telling them!! As a younger client wheelchair bound, I still have appointments and I'm a volunteer but find my care times are hit and miss!! The carers are fantastic but not supported by their office!! I have rung them several times about my care times. They have not been to see me about this matter.

Frequently asked for certain times due to appointment with health professionals and they didn't listen to my request. I don't feel comfortable with young people and they continue to send them in which means I cancel my care that day. Send list of carers and time of call then don't inform me if there is a change which leads to me being anxious and stressed out. This should be a part of the care as it forms the care triangle. In my situation nobody was keeping anyone up to date with the things that were important. There are some really good working there but rarely come to the client.

Carer leaves lights on at night and I can't turn them off

Carer left light on at night. Client unable to turn it off as in bed !
Same carer left 2 lights on at night; client unable to turn them off as in bed !!
Care agency told - no real response.
Used to be very good - not now
