They are not too good at informing of things
Frequently asked for certain times due to appointment with health professionals and they didn't listen to my request. I don't feel comfortable with young people and they continue to send them in which means I cancel my care that day. Send list of carers and time of call then don't inform me if there is a change which leads to me being anxious and stressed out. This should be a part of the care as it forms the care triangle. In my situation nobody was keeping anyone up to date with the things that were important. There are some really good working there but rarely come to the client.
