Care structure is a challenge

Waveney Care office is hopeless! Clients care times changed without telling them! As a younger client, wheelchair bound, I still have appointments and I am a volunteer but find my care at times is hit and miss! The carers are fantastic but not supported by their office! I have rung them several times about my care times, have not been to see me about this matter.
