Very poor

I was attending an appointment for advice on my 11 year old son having braces fitted. The dentist was very abrupt and said to my son he would look like he was wearing "train tracks" for the rest of his life. This really upset my son and he is now terrified of going back. I left my feedback that I didn't feel this was very helpful to be told they will no longer see my son as I had complained. How is the surgery ever going to improve if they don't want feedback.
Care has always been good

I've been with this dentist for approximately 40 years and although the dentists have changed the care has always been good.
Difficulties with appointments

Twice I've had appointments booked and the surgery has cancelled both but when I tried to rebook I was told that because I hadn't been seen soon enough I was now off the books. They have so far been able to take me straight back on but when its not my fault I haven't been seen it doesn't seem right.
