Poor person needs a raise

Went to pharmacy today for my antibiotics. One was on their own running about after everyone. There was lots of us customers in there as well. They asked the other person for help lots of times and they were ignoring them and then disappeared . Threw all that they were so polite and got everyone sorted on their own. GET MORE STAFF, OR GET STAFF THAT CARE. The person is always lovely every time I go in, can tell they care. My whole family use this pharmacy and always saay they're the best one in there. Don’t know who the other person is - I’ve never seen them but they're really bad.
New changes make service worse

Having used this pharmacy for a number of years I am extremely disappointed with the changes which have been made recently. I have always had my repeats put in my bag ready to re-order next time. Now I am being told that I cannot have these any longer. I have to come into the pharmacy to order. I like to walk to my doctors and take my repeats in, afterall we are told exercise is good for you. It also has date when I can order. I am very disappointed with this situation.
Extremely disappointed with recent changes

Having used this pharmacy for a number of years I am extremely disappointed with the changes which have been made recently. I have always had my repeats put in my bag ready to be re-order next time. Now I am being told that I cannot have these any longer. That is surely my property if I want my repeats. I am being told I have to come into the pharmacy to order. I like to walk to my Doctors and take my repeats in, afterall, we are told exercise is good for you. It also has dates when I can order. I am very disappointed with this situation. I have heard many people complaining about this. The staff seem a little embarassed having to relay this information.
