Communication delay with GP

The communication between the GP and Pharmacy caused a delay in receiving my medication and I spent 3 hours going backwards and forwards myself to get my new medication. The GP has full knowledge of my medication but they do not fully communicate with the Pharmacy.

The staff who work here are very good, they said that they would phone me to see how I am getting on with my new medication, I do feel well supported by them.

This is a top service in my experience. They are always helpful and get my medication on time. I have to get it weekly, and if it is not in they chase it so that I do not miss any days.

They were rude to me because I couldn't hear what the staff member was saying who was at the back. She called out something twice and I said 'sorry is that me, I can't hear you very well.' She didn't come to me at the front to talk to me and the member of staff at the front didn't relay what was said either. Instead I was made to feel stupid. It's not my fault I couldn't hear but I was made to feel 'that small' in front of others. Was going to put a complaint in, but what's the point?

Have come in for my medication today to pick up but they are not open and no sign up to say why or when they will be. I have now used up my tablets that I have daily. I will call in later, but worried about getting it now.
No longer do dossett boxes

I always put my prescription in here and they say to allow 3 days before picking it up. As they no longer do dossett boxes I have changed to having what I need daily delivered from the Gorleston Branch. However, there is never a permanent day given to me for the delivery. Sometimes it is not all there either. It can be a week before I get it, which cuts it fine before I am in need for it. If I am not here the day they decide to deliver, it will be longer which can be a real problem. A text or something to tell me would be helpful.
