Well Pharmacy



Rude!

They were rude to me because I couldn't hear what the staff member was saying who was at the back. She called out something twice and I said 'sorry is that me, I can't hear you very well.' She didn't come to me at the front to talk to me and the member of staff at the front didn't relay what was said either. Instead I was made to feel stupid. It's not my fault I couldn't hear but I was made to feel 'that small' in front of others. Was going to put a complaint in, but what's the point?
