Right to Respond

Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

  • Keep the language and tone civil
  • Don't mention personal details
  • Make it relevant to the review

Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who reads your organisation's comments, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Wellbeing Care Support Services

Unfortunately limited

Unfortunately due to the pandemic and lack of resources there was a limit of help available for my son who has a diagnosis of Asperger’s and ADHD and at a time when he was really struggling he was offered phone calls again which sometimes he was find it hard to engage with and also would not himself access websites if felt suicidal or anything else so this limited the help they were able to provide appreciate a lot of people are struggling through this lockdown and I also feel that they were very stretched And also the social care part where certain services didn’t deal with the mental health side and you were referred back into your GP to then be referred back out to Wellbeing who then referred you back out to another service which then put you back in to the GP then back to Wellbeing
