Wellbeing Day Centre

The Day Centre provides a wide range of activities including: exercises, quizzes, painting and reminiscence. There are also visits from primary schools and outings to local attractions.
The Centre is the place to meet people, make friends, participate in activities and learn new skills. The Centre also gives the family carer time to relax while you are occupied.
You will meet other local people from Lowestoft who are still living independent lives who wish to get out and enjoy themselves.
A choice of a hot two-course meal is served at lunchtime and hot drinks are offered throughout the day.
Facilities
• An activity area for the creative exercises and a kitchen for hot and cold drinks.
• A dining area, where a hot two course meal is served at lunchtime
• A lounge room which has comfortable lounge chairs and a large television

Open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 4.00pm
Our centre can be easily reached by car or by using the BACT community transport.

Amazing place to inspire active engagement

Amazing place for elederly. Mum was unbeliveablly active and full of enery wanting to participate in wonderful activities played at Wellbeing Day Centre in Lowestoft, Suffolk.
