Original feedback for

Wellbeing Pharmacy

Prescription hadn't come after five days, would not answer 'phone and staff rude

When my mother in law tried to call on the fifth day, at first the line was engaged. Thereafter, she called every 15 minutes for 45 minutes and the phone was answered but put down again. The. telephone operator confirmed that the phone had been hung up. When a neighbour managed to get through, the staff member denied they had been called. On the whole, since the pharmacy changed hands from the Co-op to Wellbeing, my mother in law and her friends have found a new member of staff to be very rude in manner as well.
