West Suffolk Hospital


Mainly good

It's mainly been good during my stay on the wards but I've been left on the toilet a few times and have been unable to get staff when I needed to go back to bed. The toilets are really hard and uncomfortable when you are there for any length of time. Food is really good and the choice of meals has been good. Water has been bought round regularly too. Care from staff has been very good during my long stay and my family have been able to visit.
