Staff very good

At a professional level the staff have been perfect and communication and explanations about my condition and treatment have been very good. However, I was given pads to use but I wasn't told which way round to use them and I wasn't given basic information about where light switches were which would've helped when I was first admitted. When I had an issue the staff member was very calming when dealing with it and I felt the surgeon has approached my care holistically
