Appointments at difficult times

Initially all my appointments have been arranged at school pick up time which was really difficult as I don't have easy to arrange child care. The letter for this appointment only arrived three days ahead and on a Friday so I wasn't able to call until Monday to rearrange the time, it seems difficult to arrange morning appointments and I'm not allowed to bring other children to the appointments which makes it even more difficult. Staff though are great and are happy to answer any questions.
