Original feedback for

West Suffolk Hospital

Poor treatment in ENT

The first visit was excellent. Specialist explained what he was going to do, explained spray was painkiller - no problem. Second visit was 45 minutes late so rushed - no pain killers used. When I came round my right eye very painful and my throat. Later on having regular eye test found I had a cataract in that eye. My throat has never cleared up - no other appointments were made for me. At 81 years supposed to sit in armchair and die quietly. Had another eye test by Boots chemist - referred me to Bury St Eds hospital. Notice came back AA. Said I could still drive - nonsense. Walked in my kitchen looking for something cannot see it, return to go to lounge then see it. I'd be a big danger on roads turning corners etc. Enough said.
