West Suffolk Hospital


generally very good

They didn't call to cancel all appointments so we visited the hospital for no reason and when we were told by a member of staff they didn't apologise. When I had my cataracts done, however, the department was really great. I was seen by the consultant and then offered a cancellation appointment for the next day. Very efficient.
