Original feedback for

West Suffolk Hospital

Lack of communication

I had a stent unblocked at Papworth Hospital in January 2015. The consultant told me that I would hear from West Suffolk Hospital shortly after for a routine check-up to see if everything was okay with the stent and my medication. I heard nothing. I called West Suffolk Hospital in June and it was explained to me that I was on the list and was due to get an appointment. Once again, I heard nothing. I called West Suffolk today to find out that West Suffolk have no record of any paper work from Papworth Hospital. I am on medications that can have significant side effects and they haven't been reviewed. Their internal and external communications are appalling. Why have two members of staff given me conflicting stories?
