Childrens ward was caring

A&E was very busy and we had a long wait for a bed. There was no communication about why the bed wasn't available for the duration of our 3 hour wait. When we finally got to the children's ward they were very accommodating and caring even at 4.00 in the morning! They gave us a cup of tea and made a bed up for mum to stay. 5*, treated with dignity and respect although a nurse did ask several times if a dr. had been.
