Good treatment for stroke but dermatology care very poor

When I was in hospital due to stroke everything was very good. Dermatology dept.- I have been 3 times and seen the same doctor and am not impressed. I was early for my appointment but had to wait well after my appointment time. She always rushes me out and never explains anything. this time she didn't even look at my legs properly, didn't look at my arms. Said I had varicose veins around one heel. When I told her I had broken 2 bones in my heel she then said "Oh well, perhaps that's what it is"! My doctor confirmed it was NOT varicose veins
