Poor. Communication very bad.
A resident was seen by the OT in regards to his mobility on 14/3/17 and referred him to the GP who then referred him to the surgical appliances team at WSH for a new leg brace on 23/3/2017. On 15/5/2017 WSH stated they had no referral. The document was sent again by fax and post to WSH. On 14/06/2017 the surgical appliances department has stated that they have no referral for this resident. The department has not answered phone calls on most of the occasions and is extremely hard to reach
