Original feedback for

West Suffolk Hospital

Patient left in dirty conditions and hungry.

The lady I escorted arrived at 10.30am and hadn't been told that her appointment could take 3 hours or more. The lady was seen quickly by staff but there was no offer of food between 10.30am and 3.45pm. I went to the shop and bought her something. The cleanliness was disgusting, there was a thick layer of dust on the bed that my lady was on, and the handrails on the bed were filthy too.
