West Suffolk Hospital



waited over an hour for my appointment

My appointment was for 3pm and I waited until 4pm. I could see other patients going in to see the doctor and people who had arrived after me were going in. I complained at the reception and also complained to the doctor on duty. Who said that I was being rude by complaining about his appointment delays.. A very upsetting time so a poor review
