Original feedback for

West Suffolk Hospital

No communication between patient and relative

Lack of communication between patients and relatives, when hospital called my dad they got his name wrong and called him by another families name, nearly gave us confidential information about another patient. No updates given until the next day in the afternoon after my mum had an op the previous night. Card sent through your website “keeping in touch” and family sent cards in post but mum has still not received them and this was weeks ago. Wish I could move her to another hospital but she is too poorly, she is relying on these people to look after her and they can’t get her my dads name right.
