Very Poor quality of care and standards

Unorganised managers, untrained carers, better off with no care then care from Westminster home care, the carers just do what they want when then want, not very person centred

So many different carers

they were meant to provide my care but they sent so many different carers and I had to train each new one on my needs. Training is inadequate. At Christmas last year I made a complaint and left their service. Social services have subsequently not been able to find any carers for me so my husband is trying to meet my care needs
