Overall they look after us very well

I am here today with my mother in law who has to have eye treatment every two-three months. Overall they look after her and myself very well. There is a slight delay sometimes but not enough for it to be a problem. My mother in law is poorly today and they have found her an 'on the day' appointment which is good.
Suits me well.

This practice suits me well, I find everything about quite good. It can take a couple of weeks for a routine appointment but if I am really poorly they can always find a way to fit me in.

It seems fairly clean in here but it is an old building and some of the plaster/paint isn't in top condition which takes some of the gloss off and gives a slight 'shabbiness'. I might sometimes be 10 minutes late being called but given the nature of the face to face interactions I consider this to be pretty good. In fact I can't think of very ,much I would want to change, everything is pretty well ok

I usually go to Reynard (Red lodge) where they are pretty good. They couldn't fit me in today so they organised for me to come here. So well done Reception at Reynard and I'm expecting a positive experience when I see the doctor here today.

Regular check ups for blood pressure checks. Can usually get an appointment fairly quickly. I am pleased with the practice. They offered appointments at Red Lodge which is good.
