Tannoy not clear

The use of the Tannoy is a constant issue. It is just not very clear. I cannot wait more than a week for an appointment if I want see my own GP. It is not acceptable. I put it down to the fact that we have had many new people move into the area with the new houses, however there has been no new GP's.
